This is a 'Fajita Flipper'.  Imagine.... you're cooking some fajitas, chicken or steaks on the grill.  This gadget would come in so handy to flip any meat.  The 'flipper' is stainless steel, the handle is made of deer antler.  The handle has RP carved into it (for Roberto Pulido).  It is handmade by Roberto
